We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Map out all internal software used by the company.
- Identify and resolve recurring software / process problems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process reduction.
- Engage resources for software configuration, integration, and improvements.
- Optimize the software budget by managing licenses and payment plans.
- Devise software policies and standards.
- Consult on new software selection and vendor negotiations.
- Manage the IT team for software access and administration.
Requirements and Skills
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2 - 6 years of work experience in software design, development, or implementation.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-based business software is a plus.
- Experience working across departments as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
