Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Spare Parts, Home Appliances, and Technical Supervisor/Manager to oversee the technical operations, spare parts management, and maintenance activities within the organization.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in home appliances, and practical experience in supervising technicians and managing inventory efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and technical staff.
• Oversee the repair, servicing, and maintenance of home appliances and related equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory, stock control, and proper documentation.
• Ensure timely diagnosis and resolution of technical faults and customer complaints.
• Monitor the performance and productivity of technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.
• Prepare technical reports and provide updates to management regularly.
• Coordinate procurement requests for spare parts and technical materials when necessary.
• Train and guide junior technicians to improve efficiency and work quality.
• Ensure all appliances and equipment are handled professionally and maintained properly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years proven experience in spare parts management, home appliances, and technical supervision/management.
• Strong technical knowledge of home appliances and troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technical teams effectively and work under pressure.
• Good organizational and inventory management skills.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
