Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance/Technical Supervisor/Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance and technical operations within the company.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and technical activities.
• Ensure all machines, equipment, and facilities are functioning efficiently.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance when necessary.
• Monitor technicians and maintenance staff to ensure quality performance.
• Diagnose technical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain proper records of repairs, servicing, and technical operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage technical emergencies and reduce equipment downtime.
• Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Report operational issues and maintenance updates to management.

Requirements

• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years proven experience in maintenance or technical management roles.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
