Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oluyole - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Production Assistant will assist in the preparation, packaging, labeling, and handling of products while ensuring cleanliness, quality standards, and efficient workflow within the production unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and packaging activities.
• Prepare raw materials and ingredients for production.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and packaged.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow food safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Support inventory tracking of production materials and supplies.
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report equipment faults, shortages, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading, storage, and movement of products when necessary.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Previous experience in food production, factory work, or kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
