Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence across multiple digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand visibility, managing social media campaigns, and driving audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Manage online communities and respond to messages/comments professionally.
• Run paid social media campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and brand objectives.
• Prepare periodic social media performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Good knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or related tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
