We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Matron - Nursing Department

Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• Overall supervision and coordination of nursing services within the hospital, ensuring quality patient care, staff management, compliance with healthcare standards, nursing policy implementation, training, and effective collaboration with other departments to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Nursing & Midwifery, current NMCN license
• Additional nursing management qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills
• Proficiency in computer applications is essential.

Remuneration
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Performance-based incentives may apply.
