Locodove Ventures Limited - We are a Lagos-based construction company involved in building projects, infrastructure, and related services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AC Technician

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Depending on the role assigned, responsibilities may include:
• Carrying out routine maintenance and repair works.
• Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, fittings, and structures.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conducting inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Reporting major faults, damages, or replacement needs to management.

Role-Specific Duties

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose cooling system faults and carry out preventive maintenance.

Work Arrangement:

• Shift work may be required and can be accommodated where necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in the relevant field.
• Technical certification or trade qualification is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
• Good communication and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality service.

Salary
NGN 150,000 - NGN 300,000 / Month (Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and skill level.)
