Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a result-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the technology sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical teams) to deliver client solutions
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in a technology company or tech-driven environment is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
