  • We are hiring a B2B Growth Lead for a fast-growing fintech company redefining digital financial solutions and business transformation across Nigeria and Africa.
  • This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Lagos, designed for a commercially driven professional who thrives at the intersection of fintech sales, strategic partnerships, and scalable business growth.

The Opportunity
As B2B Growth Lead, you will:

  • Drive Fintech Business Expansion: Develop and execute B2B growth strategies focused on acquiring and retaining corporate clients across key industries and market verticals.
  • Lead Revenue Growth: Build strong sales pipelines, identify new market opportunities, and drive adoption of fintech products and solutions.
  • Own Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with businesses, institutions, and enterprise clients to accelerate market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Bridge Product & Market: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align fintech solutions with customer needs and emerging industry opportunities.
  • Leverage Data & Market Insights: Use analytics, customer behavior, and market intelligence to optimize growth strategies, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven Performer: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, growth, partnerships, or business development within fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Fintech & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of digital financial products, enterprise sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strategic & Results-Driven: Capable of building scalable growth strategies while delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at engaging decision-makers, negotiating partnerships, and managing long-term corporate relationships.
  • Based in Lagos (able to commute Ikeja): Strong familiarity with the Lagos business ecosystem and ability to activate local networks effectively.
