Sagar Vitaceuticals Nigeria Limited (SVNL) is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Ikeja, Lagos. Originally established as a joint venture, it is now owned by Sagar Overseas Ltd. SVNL operates a modern facility with high-capacity production lines for tablets, capsules, ointments, and more, adhering to GMP standards.

The company is NAFDAC-approved and partners with Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health to support local drug production. Its product portfolio includes vitamins, antibiotics, and over-the-counter supplements.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Capsule Filling Operator

Location: Makun City, Ogun

Job Summary

• Operate Capsule Filling Machines: Set up, operate, and monitor capsule filling equipment to ensure accurate filling, sealing, and production efficiency.
• Perform Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and work areas according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and carry out routine maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
• Ensure Product Quality Compliance: Inspect capsules for weight variation, defects, leakage, or improper filling, and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Maintain Production Documentation: Record batch numbers, production data, machine settings, downtime, and process deviations accurately in production logs and batch manufacturing records.
• Follow Safety and GMP Procedures: Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and pharmaceutical regulatory procedures to maintain a compliant production environment.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree. 

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 per month.
