We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Supervisor (Retired Force Personnel)

Locations: Ogun, and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Electric Mobility / Transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and coordinate field personnel and operational activities.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and order across assigned locations.
• Conduct routine inspections and incident reporting.
• Liaise with local authorities and security agencies when necessary.
• Support management in enforcing operational standards and procedures.
• Investigate security issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure the protection of company assets and personnel.

Requirements

• Must be a retired Police Officer or Military Personnel.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in security supervision or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
• Must be physically fit and disciplined.
• Knowledge of security reporting and incident management.
• Candidates residing in Oyo or Ogun State are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly
