Role Overview

  • We are seeking a detailed Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical and operational support and ensure daily business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the central hub of office communication, managing information flow and organizing vital administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate, schedule, and maintain complex executive calendars, appointments, and corporate meetings.
  • Communication Handling: Screen, log, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and physical mail to the correct departments.
  • Document Management: Draft, format, edit, and proofread official correspondence, meeting minutes, and financial reports.
  • Data Organization: Develop, update, and maintain digitized filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of confidential records.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, transport bookings, hotel accommodations, and process expense reports.
  • Office Logistics: Monitor office supply inventories, place replenishment orders, and oversee the maintenance of office equipment.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar clerical role.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace utilities.
  • Exceptional time-management capabilities with a proven knack for managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Polished, professional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.
  • Meticulous accuracy in data entry, proofreading, document formatting, and calendar scheduling.
  • Highly trustworthy with a proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential company and client data.
