Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and pitch to prospective buyers through cold calling, networking events, digital channels, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners to foster trust and repeat business.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits, property viewings, and presentations, highlighting the unique features and value propositions of each listing.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, property values, competitor activities, and economic indicators.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 2 years experience.
