Job Title: Senior Warehouse Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and result driven Senior Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse team.
• The successful candidate should be able to ensure that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support in the management of the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Manage stock control and reconciliation.
• Produce reports and relevant assets statistics regularly.
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Requirements and skills

• BSc degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage talents.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates being resident in or around OPIC, Isheri North, Berger, Warewa, or other nearby areas is an added advantage, due to proximity to the warehouse.
