Job Title: Social Media Content Assistant

Summary

• We are hiring creative and consistent Social Media Content Assistants to manage and grow individual social media platforms through daily content posting and collaboration.
• Each assistant will be assigned to manage one primary platform only (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage one assigned social media platform.
• Post a minimum of 7–8 posts daily on the assigned platform.
• Create and contribute at least 2 original content posts daily.
• Crosspost and repurpose content created by other team members for your assigned platform.
• Adapt content formats and captions to suit your platform audience.
• Stay consistent with posting schedules and engagement activities.
• Work collaboratively with the content/design team to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Good understanding of at least one major social media platform.
• Basic content creation and caption writing skills.
• Ability to repurpose content creatively across platforms.
• Consistent, organized, and responsive.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous social media management experience is an advantage.
