Description

  • We are seeking smart, ambitious, and result-driven graduates for our Management Trainee Program (Direct Sales).
  • The program is designed to develop young professionals into high-performing sales and business development experts within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Successful candidates will undergo structured training, field coaching, and practical exposure in customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales performance.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for banking products and services
  • Promote and sell financial products including accounts, loans, POS solutions, and digital banking services
  • Generate leads through field marketing and direct sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Conduct market outreach and customer engagement activities
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking procedures
  • Participate in all training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
  • NYSC completion certificate or exemption letter is mandatory
  • 0 - 1 year experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be willing to resume immediately.
