We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Scrum Master (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain sprint reports, release documentation, and delivery artefacts
  • Experience working within governance frameworks and quality gates
  • Strong discipline in knowledge sharing and delivery coordination
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
  • Ability to align delivery activities with business objectives
  • Ability to support multiple Agile teams or initiatives
  • Ability to quickly onboard into new projects and business domains
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
  • Ensure adherence to Agile processes and organizational standards
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Working effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
  • Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand

Qualifications and Experience required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
  • Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • 4–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery‑focused mindset.
