Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Description
- As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market share and identifying new business opportunities.
- This full-time role involves lead generation, building strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, and creating and executing business growth strategies.
- The position requires working on-site at Integrated Dairies’ Abuja or Lagos office, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in the dairy industry, is an added advantage
- Strong skills in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing sustainable, long-term relationships
- Solid understanding of Business operations and market dynamics
- Excellent Communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
