Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, creative, and result-driven Remote Digital Marketing Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching trending and fast-selling products in the market, creating high-converting advertising campaigns, and managing professional ad setups across different digital platforms with proven marketing results.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in running successful ads, generating leads/sales, and understanding current online market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify current fast-selling and profitable products in the market.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Create and manage professional advertising campaigns on:
  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads
• Develop effective marketing strategies that generate sales and customer engagement.
• Write compelling ad copies and promotional content.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Generate quality leads and increase online sales conversion.
• Provide weekly performance reports and analytics.
• Work closely with management to promote company services and products effectively.
• Recommend new digital marketing opportunities and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and other advertising platforms.
• Ability to identify trending products and winning products in the market.
• Experience in audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to deliver measurable marketing results.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely.
• Graphic design and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
