Job Summary

• As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes while supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting activities
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and operational financial performance
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, banking relationships, and working capital optimization
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and internal financial controls
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 7–10 years experience in finance or accounting roles with strong manufacturing/FMCG experience
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial finance skills.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
