Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to drive business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships for a leading real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close transactions
- Support brand visibility and market expansion
- Work closely with operations and management teams to achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close deals
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership ability
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Real estate experience is highly preferred
Preferred Background:

Remuneration
- Salary: N1,600,000 Gross Monthly.
