Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
- This is not a support CFO role.
Responsibilities
You will be the lead financial architect responsible for:
- DFI debt financing & investor negotiations
- Series A equity raises
- Grant funding (climate & development finance)
- SPV structuring & financial modelling
- Driving financial close readiness for infrastructure projects
Key Requirements
- 10+ years in infrastructure / project / development finance
- Proven lead role in at least one DFI debt raise (borrower-side)
- Strong SPV financial modelling (DSCR ≥ 1.30x)
- CFA / ACCA / ACA / ICAN (active)
- Experience presenting to investors / credit committees
Preferred:
- Prior CFO / Finance Director in energy or infrastructure
- Experience with DFIs (GEAPP, GCF, REPP, SEFA, UKEF etc.)
- Experience raising equity ($1M+) or grant funding.
Salary
N1,500,000 / Month.
