Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage diverse audit assignments in partnership with Managing Partners.
• Drive business growth by contributing to proposals and winning new clients.
• Deliver exceptional audit services that meet international standards.
• Mentor and train junior team members, building the next generation of audit professionals.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all audit deliverables.
• Collaborate across units to strengthen communication, reporting, and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification audit experience.
• Professional membership with ICAN or an equivalent body.
• Proven success auditing both private and public sector clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, juggle priorities, and deliver under pressure.
