Job Title: Key Account Manager
Locations: Enugu & Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and service-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, client presentations, and account performance updates.
- Negotiate contracts and business agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
