We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Manage relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance and territory coverage
  • Prepare sales forecasts and management reports
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Coordinate product launches and market penetration initiatives

Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.Pharm in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • MBA or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage
  • Strong healthcare or pharmaceutical sales management experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Ability to manage multiple territories effectively.
