We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and supervise sales teams
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Manage relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and territory coverage
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate product launches and market penetration initiatives
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Pharm in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- MBA or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage
- Strong healthcare or pharmaceutical sales management experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Ability to manage multiple territories effectively.
