Job Summary
- We are recruiting for a client in the FMCG industry for the role of Vape Sales Manager.
- The ideal candidate will lead sales operations, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships within the vape industry.
- We are seeking an experienced Vape Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships within the vape industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales management, market development, and distributor or retail channel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage relationships with distributors, supermarkets, retailers, and key accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business channels
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the vape industry
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage sales and customer data
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a foreign or multinational company
- Strong knowledge of market management and client relationship management
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the vape industry is preferred
- Candidates with FMCG, food market, or supermarket sales experience may also be considered
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 (Based on experience).
