Job Summary

  • We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to grow our HR outsourcing client base.
  • You will be responsible for identifying prospective companies that require outsourced HR services, pitching our solutions, and converting leads into signed contracts.
  • This is a front-line sales role requiring someone who understands the HR services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients in need of HR outsourcing services
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, service quotations, and contract documentation for prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client handover.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and structured follow-up.
  • Attend industry networking events, trade exhibitions, and HR forums to generate leads and build brand visibility.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in HR services, staffing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of HR outsourcing solutions — payroll, staffing, recruitment, and workforce management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • An existing network of corporate contacts or HR decision-makers is a strong advantage.

Salary
N180, 000 / Month + Performance Incentives.
