- We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to support branch operations, business development, portfolio quality management, and customer relationship growth within our microfinance banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business and financial targets
- Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth
- Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality
- Supervise branch staff and ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support recovery efforts and risk management initiatives
- Prepare branch performance and activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in microfinance operations
- Supervisory Experience as Teamlead
- Strong knowledge of credit and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
