Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday with 2 days off weekly
Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, organized, proactive, and sales-driven Admin Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, attending to customer inquiries, coordinating daily office activities, and driving sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and office support tasks efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation
- Coordinate daily office activities and schedules
- Assist with order processing and customer follow-ups
- Recommend suitable products/services to customers based on their needs
- Convince and engage customers effectively to drive sales
- Follow up on leads and successfully close sales
- Prepare reports and maintain organized administrative processes
- Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service at all times
- Support overall business operations and team coordination.
Qualification
