Job Summary
- Bravies Homz Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage client inquiries, follow up on leads, conduct telemarketing activities, telemarketing activities, ensure excellent service delivery across all customer touchpoints and support client engagement throughout the sales process.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, conducting telemarketing activities, following up on leads and prospective clients, providing timely support to customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively engage prospects and contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through advertisements and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate and nurture prospective clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on company products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Schedule appointments and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Support customer retention and post-sales engagement activities.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
