Job Summary
- The Head of Sales and Marketing will provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s sales and marketing functions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, expanding market share, managing high-performing teams, and building sustainable client relationships.
- This role requires an innovative leader with a proven ability to develop market penetration strategies, drive property sales, oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and client retention strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Drive the successful marketing and sales of the company’s real estate products, developments, and investment opportunities.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and online lead generation.
- Develop marketing initiatives for property launches, promotions, and investment campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, identity, and communication across all channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors, corporate organizations, financial institutions, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative business expansion strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking engagements, and business forums.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales and marketing personnel.
- Establish performance targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for team members.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, teamwork, and customer-centric service delivery.
Reporting & Strategic Planning:
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for executive management.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree or professional certification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is an added advantage.
- 4-8 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, branding, market penetration, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
