Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Accountant to join our team in Ogba, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Monitor daily financial transactions and cash flow
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Prepare audit schedules and support external/internal audits
• Manage tax documentation and statutory remittances
• Utilize accounting software for financial reporting and record management
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional certifications such as ICAN or ACCA will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Salary
N350,000 / Month.
