Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to management. The ideal candidate must be highly professional, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Maintain records and confidential information
- Run official and personal errands when required
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience as an Executive/ Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer is Compulsory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Smart appearance and professional attitude.
