Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• Casalavoro Limited is seeking a Facility Manager who is an Architect by training to oversee the operations, maintenance, and lifecycle performance of our residential and commercial properties.
• This role uniquely combines architectural knowledge with facility management best practices to ensure buildings remain functional, safe, and efficient long after construction is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and asset management.
• Use architectural expertise to assess building systems
• Conduct regular facility inspections and generate condition reports.
• Plan and supervise retrofit, renovation, or upgrade works to existing buildings.
• Manage service contracts, vendors, and in-house maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for building fabric and MEP systems.
• Advise on space planning and utilization based on original architectural intent.
• Maintain as-built drawings, warranties, and facility documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or post-construction building management.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, vendor management, and facility audits.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic facility management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• ARCON registration or facility management certification (e.g., IFMA, IWFM) is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
