Job Title: Sales Personnel (Logistics / International Shipping)

Location: Agidingbi, Ikeja- Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and managing client relationships within the logistics and cargo shipping sector.
• Candidates must have prior experience in shipping cargoes internationally from Nigeria and a strong understanding of freight forwarding/logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales leads for international cargo shipping services.
• Identify and approach potential clients/businesses requiring logistics solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Follow up on shipments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics sales or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international cargo shipping processes from Nigeria.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.

Salary & Benefits

• N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly + Attractive Commission
