Job Title: Mobile Application Dev Ops Engineer

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• Join our team as a Mobile Application Dev Ops Engineer , a growing mobile platform! You'll maintain, optimize, and enhance our iOS & Android app under a structured, SLA-backed support retainer.
• This is a stable, governed role - not ad-hoc freelance work.

What You'll Do

• Bug fixes & diagnosis – Identify and resolve mobile app issues
• Performance optimization – Monitor and improve app speed & stability
• App store management – Handle iOS & Android releases (App Store, Google Play)
• Version updates & deployment – Manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile
• Minor enhancements (8–12 hrs/task):
  • Modify form fields, UI elements, buttons, layouts
  • Adjust existing workflows & validation logic
  • Small dashboard/reporting updates
• UI/UX refinements – Improve usability & design
• Reporting – Document issues, track enhancements, attend monthly reviews.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years mobile development (iOS & Android)
• Tech Stack: Swift/Kotlin OR Flutter/React Native
• App Stores: Published apps on App Store & Google Play Console
• CI/CD: Mobile deployment (fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Git: Expert version control skills
• Performance: Mobile monitoring & optimization tools
• UI/UX: Implement design changes independently.
