Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operational planning, process improvement, team supervision, and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflow.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Manage budgets, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Supervise staff performance and operational activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
