Job Title: Architectural Assistant (Intern / Graduate Level)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to support live residential and commercial projects.
• This is an opportunity to work directly with the Principal Architect on projects ranging from renovations and interiors to housing developments.
• The role offers hands-on exposure across concept design, technical documentation, client presentations, research, and 3D visualisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with architectural and interior design concepts
• Prepare drawings, plans, and 3D models
• Support projects from concept stage to presentation stage
• Develop presentation materials including renders and mood boards
• Conduct design and regulatory research
• Ensure all work aligns with studio and project standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in Revit is NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Proficiency in Rhino/CAD
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong 3D visualisation skills (Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent)
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently within a fast-paced studio environment.

Salary
N125,000 - N150,000 per month.
