Job Summary

• The Tropicana Tourism Institution (TTI) at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance the resort’s electrical systems while ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• This role is key to supporting TTI’s operational excellence and creating a safe, functional environment for guests, staff, and trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for resort facilities, training centers, and eco-tourism infrastructure.
• Oversee power distribution, backup generators, lighting systems, and energy-efficient installations.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers during new construction or renovation projects.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage and supervise electrical contractors and on-site technical staff.
• Support energy management initiatives, including renewable energy integration and sustainable power solutions.
• Provide technical guidance for TTI training programs related to electrical engineering, energy management, and facility operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with exposure to resorts, hospitality, or large-scale facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, power systems, lighting, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Proven experience in project management, maintenance planning, and team supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
