Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Hybrid: 2 days onsite/3 days offsite

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Development Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and development strategy for Fintech Remittance and Collections portfolio. Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and lead product development from concept through execution. Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable payment solutions.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct ongoing market and customer research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive threats. Benchmark product offerings against market players and leverage insights to shape product innovation and differentiation.
• Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration Engage internal stakeholders (compliance, legal, operations, customer support) to ensure alignment and regulatory compliance across all target markets including Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia. Partner with banks, agents, aggregators, mobile money operators, and payment service providers to expand service delivery and interoperability.
• Product Performance Monitoring Define and track KPIs to monitor product success, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Conduct product performance analysis and iterate based on real-time data and user feedback to enhance functionality and value.
• Customer-Focused Design & Experience Drive customer insight initiatives through surveys, interviews, and data analytics. Champion a customer-first approach in feature development, user journeys, and support processes to boost retention and engagement.
• Launch & Go-to-Market Execution Coordinate end-to-end launch activities, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and support teams. Drive go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and rollout plans that position BanffPay as a market leader in remittance and collections.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 6 years experience.
• Applicants must have a background or experience in the financial industry.

Salary
N450,000/monthly.
