Job Title: Pastry Manager

Location: Ipaja, Lagos

Summary

• Yum Yum Café & Pastries is looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Manager to oversee pastry production operations and ensure consistent delivery of quality products across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pastry production
• Drive sales
• Ensure timely supply to outlets
• Maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards
• Manage pastry staff and production schedule
• Monitor inventory and reduce wastage

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Previous experience in pastry/bakery management
• Strong leadership and production management skills
• Knowledge of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bread production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
