Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience with real P&L or capital accountability
- Strong financial and governance capability
- Experience engaging government, DFIs, or institutional stakeholders
- Proven execution experience in high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian institutional landscape
- This role is ideal for professionals who can execute, govern, build relationships, and drive portfolio performance independently.
Salary
- N800,000/month + performance bonuses + portfolio participation rights.
