Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource Officer to support the daily operations of the HR department.
  • The HR Officer will assist with recruitment, employee relations, staff documentation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and staff attendance management.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Handle employee inquiries and workplace concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Monitor employee performance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and employment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
