Job Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource Officer to support the daily operations of the HR department.
- The HR Officer will assist with recruitment, employee relations, staff documentation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and staff attendance management.
- Implement HR policies and procedures within the organization.
- Handle employee inquiries and workplace concerns professionally.
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
