Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer (Virtual Storyteller)

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
Work Hours: Strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT), Monday – Friday ("Always-On" protocol)

Requirements

• We are looking for a young, hungry, and teachable Motion Graphics Designer to act as the visual engine of our communications.
• You will work across three entities (Civiqli, TYREN NGO, and the parent company EmmbraiseIdeas) to propagate our message through high-retention, creative, and aggressive visual storytelling.

Responsibilties (What You Will Build)

• High-Octane Explainer Videos: Translate complex civic concepts (e.g., "The Technicality Trap in Elections", "How to file an FOI") into fast-paced, highly engaging explainer videos that retain viewer attention.
• Kinetic Typography & Social Media Motion: Design motion-driven, text-heavy reels and shorts for Instagram, TikTok, and X that fit our "User Manual" brand identity—cold, factual, and actionable.
• Brand & Identity Motion: Create and standardize logo animations, lower thirds, transitions, and intro/outro kits for Civiqli, TYREN, and EmmbraiseIdeas.
• UI/UX Product Animation: Create sleek product mockups demonstrating how the Civiqli App "Dynamic Response Logic" works for investor pitches and marketing rollouts.
• Storyboarding & Ideation: Don't just wait for a script. Conceptualize visual metaphors that make constitutional law look like a high-tech thriller.

Performance Criteria & KPIs

• Technical Velocity: Ability to meet development milestones within aggressive startup timelines.
• Reliability: 100% consistency in digital availability during core hours and attendance at the non-negotiable Friday 11:00 AM WAT General Meeting.
• Code Quality: Adherence to CIVIQLI’s proprietary architecture standards and high-fidelity documentation.
• Reporting: Mandatory submission of a Weekly Technical Status Report (WTSR) detailing repository commits, schema updates, and code block documentation.

Non-Negotiable Requirements (Technical & Mindset)

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years experience.
• Software Mastery: Absolute proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Strong supporting skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. (Knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema4D or Blender is a massive plus, but not strictly required).
• The "Teachable" Edge: We are looking for young, dynamic talent. You must be willing to drop bad habits, learn our proprietary brand voice, and adapt quickly to feedback without ego.
• Speed & Velocity: You must understand how to optimize workflows to push out high-quality daily/weekly content without compromising the premium feel of the brand.
• Long-Term Commitment: We want someone looking for a home, not a gig. You will be a foundational member of the creative team.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
