Meyer Plc is the Manufacturer and Marketer of high-quality Paints, including Architectural Paints, Wood Paints, Auto refinishes, Industrial and Marine, Road lining Paints, Roof coatings, Tube coatings, HP coatings, and Adhesives.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive 

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Contacting potential and existing customers.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Research prospects and generating leads.
• Establish new business.
• Negotiate contracts and packages.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Work towards monthly or annual targets.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Promote the organization and products.
• Identify and understand the company's ideal customers and establish new business.
• Maintain accurate records.

Your Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 4 to 5 years cognate experience as a Senior Sales Executive or relevant role. Paint sales experience is essential.

Requirement & Skills:

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Passion for sales and resilience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Meet planned sales goals.
• Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
