- Coordinate technicians and support staff
- Monitor productivity, discipline, and service quality
- Ensure smooth customer service and job delivery
- Prepare operational and administrative reports
- Support staff management and process enforcement
Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Experience in operations, administration, or team management
- Automotive industry experience is an added advantage.
