Job Description

  • We are seeking for a smart, organized, and proactive Operations & Admin Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, staff coordination, administrative activities, and service workflow.

  • Coordinate technicians and support staff
  • Monitor productivity, discipline, and service quality
  • Ensure smooth customer service and job delivery
  • Prepare operational and administrative reports
  • Support staff management and process enforcement

Requirements
