Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the organization’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, seamless workflow, and high-quality execution across all operational activities while driving productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks
• Manage staff scheduling, delegation, performance monitoring, and team coordination
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure operational demands are consistently met
• Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with workplace hygiene, safety, and operational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 4-6 years professional experience in operations or administrative management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in operational planning, reporting, and inventory management
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Salary
NGN 500,000 – 650,000 Monthly.
