We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper organization of warehouse activities to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of goods while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Prepare inventory and warehouse reports as required.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records and warehouse operations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and stock management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
