Description

• This is a rare opportunity to launch a brand-new station and make it your own.
• We want a Shawarma professional who takes pride in the perfect slice, the ultimate spice blend, and flawless presentation.
• You will lead our Shawarma section, building a loyal customer base for our new business with every wrap you make.

What You Will Do

• Launch the Station: Set up and manage the brand-new Shawarma section daily.
• Master the Spit: Prepare, marinate, and skillfully stack premium meats.
• Precision Slicing: Carve meat with speed, accuracy, and portion control.
• Flavor Engineering: Mix signature sauces and assemble wraps flawlessly.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold strict health, safety, and workspace sanitation standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of commercial Shawarma-making experience.
• Launch Mindset: Reliable, self-motivated, and excited to build a business from the ground up.
• Speed & Stamina: Ability to thrive and remain calm under peak-hour pressure.
• Professionalism: Punctual, hygienic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Proximity: Living around Abule-Egba, Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Dopemu, Kola, Egbeda, Idimu, Command, Meiran, or immediate environs is highly preferred.
