Job Title: Food Supervisor
Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the washing, drying, grinding, and packaging processes of food products.
- Monitor production staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene within the production environment.
- Oversee machine operations and report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Ensure proper packaging and quality control of finished products.
- Coordinate daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and staff attendance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of OND qualification.
- Must have good communication and leadership skills.
- Must possess strong multitasking abilities and physical strength.
- Previous supervisory experience in a food processing company is an added advantage.
